Valentine Flower Delivery Information
Please order Valentine Flowers early. This is the busiest day of the year for delivering flowers. Supplies and delivery times do run out.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times
- Valentine Flower Deliveries to businesses will be made by 4:30 pm.
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee flower delivery at a specific time; deliveries will be going on all day and into the evening in order to get all the orders out.
Order Confirmation: No order confirmation will be done until after February 14.
On February 14 our florists are busy preparing the many orders received for this day. Thank you for your understanding.
If Recipient is not home:
- If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, the delivery person may leave the order at the door if it is safe and weather permits, or leave the delivery with a neighbor, or leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to call the flower shop to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. As well, the florist may call first to arrange for the delivery. If you do not want the recipient called please let us know in advance and instruction on leaving the flowers if the recipient is not at home.
Incorrect Addresses:
- If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10.00 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Request to leave item at door:
- The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave flowers. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel an order prior to the delivery date. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been designed and are on delivery, or if delivery has been attempted and cannot be completed if recipient is unavailable. Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct delivery cannot be cancelled.
Substitution Policy:
We will make every attempt to fill the order as requested. However, due to the busy nature of Valentine's Day availability of flowers can become limited and supplies can run out. it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. As well, if a specific container or other items are not available we will make a substitution of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the specific arrangement by the overall shape, size, style and color combinations. If an order is for a single type of flower color substitutions will be made only, for example, if white daisies are not available a substitution of another color of daisies will be made.
Chocolates, balloons, stuffed animals: Florists may carry different boxes of chocolates, stuffed animals and Valentine balloons, if you have a special request let us know and we will try to meet it, however, substitutions of similar products may need to be substituted depending on availability at location of delivery.
Gift Baskets:
- Specific items in a gift basket may be substituted if necessary with items of equal or greater value.
Card Messages:
- The message that is written in the card message field will be the message that is sent with the order. Billing information is not sent with your order.
Security & Privacy
We treat all of the information given to us as confidential and will not disclose or sell this information to any other parties.
We ask for phone numbers of the recipient and customers only to help facilitate the orders ordered to arrange for delivery.
